Job Description: Interior Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Proficiently read, understand, and evaluate design documents.
• Supervise interior projects full-time.
• Ensure construction progress, processes, and company standards are met.
• Develop execution plans and provide daily/periodic reports.
• Conduct final inspection and acceptance of completed installations.
• Prepare completion documents, including legal and quality management records.
• Gather information and handle warranty and maintenance-related issues.
• Collaborate with different teams to complete assigned tasks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in interior construction supervision.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and basic MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure, dynamic, and eager to learn.
• Willing to work independently and in a team.
• Able to travel to provinces outside Ho Chi Minh City as per company arrangements.
